A local fashion retailer is on the Yokalize platform. In addition to offering Yo Points for purchases in store, they also have the Yokalize SMS system linked to their eCommerce site. Consumers can opt in to receive a message when an out of stock item is available again and receive messages as their order go through the order process through to curbsite pickup or delivery. The beacon at the front of their store welcomes consumers in a personalized message and mentions the current new fashion arrivals and where to find them in the store. It also provides the names of the staff working today.
